3. Service life (average): >1500 h The service life of high-speed precision angular contact ball bearings is closely related to their installation; the following points should be noted:

1. Bearings should be installed in a dust-free, clean environment. Bearings must be carefully matched, and bearing spacers must be ground. Whilst ensuring that the inner and outer rings and spacers are at the same height, the parallelism of the spacers should be controlled to within 1 μm;

2. Bearings must be thoroughly cleaned prior to installation. During cleaning, the inner ring’s tapered surface should face upwards; the bearing should rotate freely by hand without any resistance. After drying, apply the specified quantity of grease; for oil mist lubrication, a small amount of oil mist lubricant should be applied;

3. Specialised tools must be used for bearing installation to ensure even force application; striking is strictly prohibited;

4. Bearings must be stored in a clean, well-ventilated environment free from corrosive gases, with a relative humidity not exceeding 65%. For long-term storage, anti-rust measures must be applied at regular intervals.
