The tapered roller bearing belongs to the separated type bearing, and both the inner and outer rings of the bearing have tapered raceways. This type of bearing is divided into different structural types based on the number of rows of installed rollers, such as single row, double row, and four row tapered roller bearings. Conical roller bearings are mainly used to withstand combined radial and axial loads, mainly radial loads. Compared with angular contact ball bearings, it has a larger load-bearing capacity and lower limit speed. Conical roller bearings can withstand axial loads in one direction and limit axial displacement of the shaft or casing in one direction.

Inner diameter size range: 20mm~1270mm

ZWZ metric tapered roller bearings have ordinary level tolerances and also offer products with P6X, P6, P5, P4, and P2 level tolerances, all in compliance with GB307.1.

ZWZ British tapered roller bearings have ordinary level tolerances, and CL2, CL3, CL0, and CL00 level tolerance products can also be provided as needed.

Radial clearance

The ZWZ single row tapered roller bearing only has clearance after installation and can only be determined after adjustment with another bearing positioned in the opposite direction.

Holder

Conical roller bearings are generally made of steel plate stamping and basket shaped retainers, but when the size is large, solid pillar retainers made of cars are also used.

When the outer diameter D of the bearing is ≤ 650mm, steel plate stamped cages are used, and the codes behind the cages are not marked
