The outer spherical ball bearing is actually a variant of the deep groove ball bearing, characterized by its outer ring outer diameter surface being spherical, which can be matched into the corresponding concave spherical surface of the bearing seat to play a centering role.

A spherical bearing with a seat is a bearing unit that combines a rolling bearing with a bearing seat. Most outer spherical bearings are made into spherical outer diameters and installed together with bearing seats with spherical inner holes, with diverse structural forms, good universality and interchangeability.

At the same time, this type of bearing also has a certain degree of centering in design, is easy to install, and has a dual structure sealing device, which can work in harsh environments.

The bearing seat is generally cast into shape. Common seats include vertical seat (P), square seat (F), convex square seat (FS), convex circular seat (FC), diamond seat (FL), circular seat (C), slider seat, etc. (T).

The spherical bearing with a seat is divided into a bearing core and a bearing seat. In terms of nomenclature, it is called the bearing core plus the bearing seat. For example, the UC205 spherical bearing with a set screw and a vertical seat is called UCP205.

3、 The codes for eccentric sleeve outer spherical ball bearings are: UEL200 series, UEL300 series, SA200 series.
