In terms of bearing speed, bearings are determined based on factors such as bearing type, size, accuracy, cage type, load, lubrication method, and cooling method.

The installation and disassembly of bearings require frequent disassembly and installation in specific application scenarios to ensure that they can be inspected and repaired according to their location. Bearings that can be installed separately on the inner and outer rings, such as cylindrical bearings, needle roller bearings, and tapered bearings, are very suitable for this situation. The automatic self-aligning ball bearings with tapered holes and automatic self-aligning roller bearings, with the assistance of the shaft sleeve, also simplify the installation process.

In some cases, rolling bearings require preloading to increase rigidity. This program is commonly used for deep groove ball bearings, radial thrust ball bearings, and tapered roller bearings where the inner and outer rings are offset, the shaft is bent, the tolerance of the shaft or bearing housing changes, and fitting errors can all cause eccentricity of the inner and outer rings. To prevent excessive eccentricity, automatic self-aligning ball bearings, automatic self-aligning roller bearings, or self-aligning bearing seats are the preferred choices. Voice frequency and torque, as well as dynamic bearings, are manufactured based on high-precision scales, resulting in low voice and torque. The combination of deep groove ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings is suitable for situations with special requirements for low noise and low torque.

(1) Note that sealed bearings cannot be cleaned using this method, and the sealed interior should remain in its original state and cannot be cleaned.

(2) The assembly surface should be cleaned with a clean solution such as gasoline, kerosene, toluene, or xylene, and wiped dry with a clean cloth. Then, a thin layer of smooth oil should be applied to make the operation of the device convenient and efficient.

(3) When installing, open the bearing package and immerse it in the above-mentioned gasoline or other liquids to rotate it gently by hand. Ensure that the sealing oil on the surface of the support frame, rolling element, and raceway is thoroughly cleaned.

(4) When cleaning a large number of bearings, first use hot engine oil with a temperature of 90-100 ℃ to condense the encapsulated oil. At the same time, use a seamless and non falling tool to dig out all the old oil, then heat it for a few minutes, then rinse off the engine oil with kerosene, and finally clean it again with gasoline. After cleaning, wear thin film gloves and place the bearings on a clean cloth or paper on the workbench to dry.
