NCL313 cylindrical roller bearing

2023-12-17

Cylindrical roller bearings belong to separate type bearings, which are very easy to install and disassemble. Cylindrical roller bearings can withstand large radial loads and are suitable for use in high-speed operating situations. This type of bearing allows for a very small angle error (inclination) between the inner ring axis and the outer ring axis, only 2 'to 4'. Therefore, the machining accuracy of the shaft and bearing seat is relatively high. Otherwise, uneven loads or stress concentration may occur at the contact area of the raceway. But correcting the contact between the roller or raceway and the busbar can reduce the occurrence of stress concentration.

Cylindrical roller bearings can be divided into different structures such as single row, double row, and multi row cylindrical roller bearings based on the number of rows of rolling elements installed. Different structural bearings are also reflected in the design of the position of the retaining edge.

cylindrical roller bearing

N. NU type

The outer ring of the N-type bearing has no retaining edges, while the inner ring has retaining edges on both sides. It is possible to allow displacement between the shaft and the bearing seat in both axial directions. NU type bearings have retaining edges on both sides of the outer ring, while the inner ring has no retaining edges. It is also possible to allow displacement of the shaft relative to the bearing seat in both axial directions. Therefore, this type of structure is suitable for use as a floating end bearing.

NJ, NF type

NJ type bearings have retaining edges on both sides of the outer ring and retaining edges on one side of the inner ring. Can withstand a certain amount of unidirectional axial load. The NF type has a blocking edge on one side of the outer ring and a blocking edge on both sides of the inner ring. It can also withstand a certain amount of unidirectional axial load. Therefore, this type of structure is suitable for use as a unidirectional axial positioning bearing.

NUP, NFP type

The NUP type bearings have retaining edges on both sides of the outer ring, a fixed single retaining edge on one side of the inner ring, and a separable flat retaining ring on the other side. Can withstand a certain amount of bidirectional axial load.

The NFP type bearing has a fixed single retaining edge on one side of the outer ring, and a detachable flat retaining ring on the other side, with retaining edges on both sides of the inner ring. It can also withstand a certain amount of bidirectional axial load. This type of structural bearing can limit the displacement of the shaft relative to the bearing seat in both axial directions. Therefore, it is suitable for use as a fixed end bearing.

NH (NJ+HJ) type

The NH type bearing is a structure formed by combining NJ type bearings with HJ type inclined retaining rings. Due to the short inner ring of the NUP type bearing and the non fixed flat ring, it is inconvenient to use, while the NH type bearing can utilize the width of the entire inner ring of the NJ type bearing to maintain a tighter fit with the shaft. Moreover, NH type bearings are more convenient to install and disassemble.

NH type bearings can limit the displacement of the shaft relative to the bearing seat in both axial directions. Therefore, it is suitable for use as a fixed end bearing.

Double row cylindrical roller bearing

Double row cylindrical roller bearings have two types of structures: cylindrical inner hole and conical inner hole (with the code K added after the bearing). This type of bearing has the advantages of compact structure, high rigidity, high load-bearing capacity, and small deformation after being loaded, making it particularly suitable for supporting machine tool spindles. The conical inner hole can also play a minor role in adjusting the clearance, and can simplify the structure of the positioning device, making it easy to install and disassemble. The commonly used double row cylindrical roller bearings have the following forms:

NN, NNU type

The outer ring of NN type bearings has no retaining edges, while the inner ring has retaining edges on both sides and a middle retaining edge in the middle. It is possible to allow the shaft to produce displacement in two directions in the axial direction relative to the bearing seat.

The outer ring of NNU type bearings has a blocking edge on both sides and a middle blocking edge in the middle, while the inner ring has no blocking edge. It is possible to allow the shaft to produce displacement in two directions in the axial direction relative to the bearing seat. Therefore, this type of structure is suitable for use as a floating end bearing. The cage of this type of bearing is mostly made of vehicle made solid cages.

NNF type

The NNF type bearing is a double row fully loaded cylindrical roller bearing, which consists of one outer ring with a middle retaining edge and two inner rings with double retaining edges. The roller is guided by the retaining edge of the inner ring, and the two inner rings are fixed together with fastening rings. This structure can withstand not only large radial and axial loads, but also overturning moments, so it is commonly used as a fixed end bearing.

The NNF type bearing adopts contact sealing on both sides. The bearing is filled with lubricating grease, and the working temperature of the lubricating grease is between -50 ℃ and+110 ℃. However, due to the limitation of the sealing material, the working temperature of the bearing is only between -40 ℃ and+80 ℃. Under good operating conditions, NNF bearings with seals do not require maintenance. If the bearings are exposed to water vapor or polluted environments for a long time and operate at medium or high speeds, they can be supplemented with lubrication through the lubricating oil groove and lubricating oil hole on the outer ring.

Four row cylindrical roller bearings

Four row cylindrical roller bearings are mainly used in steel rolling machines such as cold and hot rolling mills and billets. The bearings have a separated structure, and the bearing rings and rolling element components can be easily separated. Therefore, the cleaning, inspection, installation, and disassembly of the bearings are very convenient.

FC type

FC type bearings consist of two outer rings and one inner ring, each with a retaining edge on both sides and a middle retaining edge in the middle, while the inner ring has no retaining edge.

FCD type

The FCD type bearing is actually composed of two NN type bearings combined.

FC type and FCD type bearings allow for axial displacement in two directions between the shaft and the bearing seat. Therefore, this type of structure is suitable for use as a floating end bearing. The cage of this type of bearing is mostly made of solid
